My first experience with Reign was through a Royal Servant mission trip I went on as a staff discipler while I was in university. Royal Servants was probably the single most important experience that took all of the good information I learned as a child growing up in the church and as a student at Bible college - and helped me to apply it. I learned to share my faith and I learned how to disciple another person. It was also on this trip that I got to know Joy, who is now my wife! After finishing a degree in Bible and Youth Ministry from Cedarville University as well as a Masters in Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, God brought all those pieces together to shape what I'm doing today. Now, my friend Kyle who first invited me on Royal Servants, my wife Joy and I all work together as youth ministers with Reign in England. We have been in England for nearly 20 years now leading a disciple-making youth ministry, training youth ministers, and creating resources aimed at reaching teenagers in a post-Christian context.
