After your application has been processed, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and Prep Packet containing forms, support raising material, and program details.
Once you have been accepted, your deposit of $550 reserves your spot at Kairos Discipleship School.

Are you missing a form? If you’ve misplaced a form, you can download it here. Once you have completed the Kairos Application, the Health Form, three Reference Forms, and Background Check form will be sent to you. These forms must be received by Kairos in order to complete the application process. Once accepted into the program, you will receive a Prep Packet containing the Transportation Form, Physician Form, Financial Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Living Arrangement Guidelines, and Student Information Form. All of these forms are due August 15th.
